Download and install the app, then set the city of origin for your shipment to find out the appropriate rate from your city. If you want to change the rate from another city of origin, you can reset it through the provided menu.

This application also assists JNE agents in informing customers about agent information such as location, business hours, services provided, and contact details for reaching out to the agent.
